  Yeah, it's the classic power dynamics with the #metoo movement and why women are asked to look the other way. "We can't lose this client" is a myth. That guy wasn't even the client. Just a guest. The client would -- I hope -- be impressed that his caterers won't stand for that....? Wishful thinking, perhaps.

  This particular issue is HUGE for Regina. In fact, we have an entire episode devoted to the same issue stemming from her childhood. My favorite episode in fact. Episode 14.

  Romany... uh.... what are YOU doing here! (fake shock). hee hee. Good to know Regina gets her own episode. And no, let Alison's mom play out... Is Reed a decent dude in real life? He's clearly a good actor between HOC and Blacklist. I hope he's a good guy/dad here.
